What are the benefits of LBT?
LBT allows you to minimize the amount of exercises you choose to prioritize in your fitness regimen. This program will provide a framework for progressing from beginner to advanced with scientifically proven movements to help you age well.
I’m new to exercise. Is this program for me?
Absolutely! This program is specifically formulated to help individuals at any fitness level progress from brand new to highly advanced. The Movement Mastery section for each movement provides a step-by-step guideline for finding “what you are ready for” and allows you to progress that readiness throughout your life.
I like working out at home. Do I need to go to a gym to do this program?
No. The program allows several options for training within the framework of the longevity-based movements. Specific workout formats are provided that include bodyweight and minimal equipment suitable for the home environment.
